3. How We Share Your Information

A. Lead Marketplaces and Investor Network

After you submit a cash offer request, we transmit your information (including your name, contact details, property information, reason for selling, and other form responses) to one or more third-party real estate lead marketplaces. Those marketplaces, in turn, sell and distribute your information to a network of real estate investors, home-buying companies, wholesalers, licensed real estate agents and brokers, and other industry participants ("Partner Buyers") who may contact you with cash offers, listing proposals, or other real estate services.

We receive payment from the marketplaces and/or from Partner Buyers in connection with this transmission. For purposes of certain state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"), this constitutes a "sale" of personal information and may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out of this practice (see Section 8).

Once your information is transmitted to a marketplace or a Partner Buyer, that party becomes an independent controller of your data and its use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy. GetHomeCash does not control how Partner Buyers store, use, or further share your information after receipt.

B. Service Providers

We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including website hosting (Webflow), scheduling tools, CRM and email delivery providers, SMS messaging vendors, analytics providers, advertising platforms, payment processors, and professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, and consultants. These service providers are contractually limited in how they may use your information.

C. Real Estate Brokerage Disclosure

GetHomeCash is a marketing brand associated with H.R. Marbella LLC, a licensed real estate brokerage in the State of Texas (TREC License Number 9015388). When real estate brokerage services are provided, information may be shared with licensed agents, sponsoring brokers, title companies, escrow agents, lenders, and other parties necessary to facilitate a transaction. D. Affiliates and Corporate Transactions

4. Communications: Phone Calls, Text Messages, and Email

By providing your phone number on any form on gethomecash.com and clicking the submit button, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law for GetHomeCash and its Partner Buyers, marketing partners, service providers, affiliates, and assigns to contact you at that phone number using automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and SMS or MMS text messages, including for marketing purposes, even if your number is on a federal, state, or internal Do Not Call list.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. For help, reply HELP. To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us using the information in Section 14.

Opting out of marketing communications does not opt you out of transactional or service-related communications relating to a pending or completed transaction. To exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, see Section 8.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, we will delete that information. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for users in jurisdictions that recognize it.
